AI that works inside the systems you already run.

Horizon designs, integrates, and delivers AI solutions for growing businesses. We connect AI to your CRM, accounting, scheduling, and documents, measure it against a baseline, and keep a named person in control of every consequential action.

The problem

Most AI work stalls between the demo and the daily workflow.

The model is rarely the constraint. The gaps are in integration, data, ownership, and delivery.

Pilots that never reach production

A proof of concept works in isolation, then stalls because nobody scoped the integration, the data access, or who maintains it.

Tools that do not talk to each other

The CRM, the accounting system, the scheduler, and the shared drive each hold part of the picture. People re-key data between them, and AI inherits the same gaps.

No baseline, no owner

Without an agreed measure and a named owner, no one can say whether the AI changed anything. The subscription renews anyway.

Risk nobody signed off on

AI drafting customer messages or touching financial records without approval rules is a liability, not a productivity gain.

Services

Consulting, integration, and delivery under one engagement.

Start with a diagnostic. Everything after it is scoped to what the diagnostic finds.

01

AI Readiness Diagnostic

A paid assessment of where AI can produce a measurable improvement in your operation, what has to be fixed first, and where human judgment stays in control.

$1,500 entry scope

02

AI solution design and build

Assistants, agents, and automations built around one defined workflow: intake, follow-up, document processing, reporting, or internal knowledge.

03

Systems integration

Connect AI to the tools you already pay for through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines, so information moves once instead of being re-keyed.

04

Technology delivery

Plan, build, test, deploy, and hand over, with owners, milestones, acceptance criteria, and training your team actually uses.

05

Managed AI operations

Monitoring, tuning, issue handling, and a monthly report against the agreed measures, so the system keeps working after launch.

06

AI strategy and advisory

Build-versus-buy decisions, vendor evaluation, data and governance policy, and a sequenced roadmap for leadership.

What we build

Solutions scoped to one workflow at a time.

Each one connects to your existing systems and has a named owner, an approval path, and a measure agreed before work begins.

AI receptionist and intake

Phone, SMS, email, and web chat answered, qualified, and routed, with missed-call recovery and a summary written to the CRM.

Lead follow-up and sales operations

Speed-to-lead responses, follow-up sequences, appointment booking, and pipeline updates without manual entry.

Document processing

Invoices, forms, contracts, and submittals read, checked, and filed into the right system, with exceptions sent to a person.

Executive reporting

One weekly brief built from live system data: KPIs, trends, exceptions, and the decisions waiting on leadership.

Internal knowledge assistant

Answers from your own policies, procedures, and past work, with sources cited and access limited by role.

Approvals and workflow routing

Requests, reminders, and approvals routed to the right person, with an audit record of who approved what and when.

How it works

Diagnostic first. Everything after it is earned by what it finds.

01 · Diagnose

AI Readiness Diagnostic

Priority workflow, systems, data quality, and governance reviewed. You receive findings, a baseline, and a 30/60/90-day roadmap.

02 · Prove

Pilot

One workflow built and connected, measured from baseline to target over 30 days with fixed scope.

03 · Deliver

Implementation

Integrations, workflows, roles, approvals, training, and handover, delivered against acceptance criteria.

04 · Run

Managed AI operations

Monitoring, tuning, and monthly reporting against the agreed measures. Month to month.

A diagnostic can also recommend resolving data or process gaps first, or not investing further. That is a valid outcome.

Integration

Built around the tools you already pay for.

We start from your current systems, not a new platform you have to migrate to.

CRM and pipelineContacts, opportunities, follow-up, and lead source
Accounting and billingInvoices, payments, job cost, and receivables
Scheduling and dispatchCalendars, bookings, crews, and field updates
Documents and filesShared drives, forms, contracts, and e-signature
CommunicationsPhone, SMS, email, chat, and team messaging
Data and reportingSpreadsheets, databases, dashboards, and exports

Access permissions, API availability, licensing, and data quality determine what is feasible. No specific connector is promised before it is verified in the diagnostic.

Horizon OS

The software layer, when you want one.

Horizon OS is our workspace for running the solutions we build. It is optional. Consulting and integration engagements do not require it.

Executive intelligence

Business-health KPIs, trends, exceptions, and a weekly brief on what needs attention.

Revenue operations

Lead capture, CRM, qualification, scheduling, follow-up, and campaign tracking.

Omnichannel AI receptionist

Phone, SMS, email, and web chat with intake, routing, scheduling, and summaries.

Process automation

Routing, approvals, reminders, document collection, and exception detection.

Forecasting

Probability ranges for revenue and workload where historical data supports it, with assumptions disclosed.

Governance and audit

Roles, approval thresholds, escalation, and a record of every consequential action.

Trust and governance

AI recommends. Leadership decides.

Each implementation defines data access, roles, approvals, escalation, audit records, and retention before it goes live.

RecommendSurfaces the action and the reason. Does not execute.
DraftPrepares the action for a person to review and edit.
Approve onceExecutes after one named approval.
Auto-executeLow-risk, pre-approved actions only, within set limits.
EscalateRoutes up by role, risk level, or dollar threshold.
ProhibitedBlocked outright, regardless of model confidence.

Financial commitments, legal decisions, employment actions, sensitive-data sharing, and high-impact customer communications stay under human control by default.

About

Built by a delivery leader, not a tool reseller.

Yewubdar "Lily" Admasu, founder of Horizon Redefined Systems, comes from operations engineering and technology delivery. Her work has supported Fortune 500 organizations through critical operating decisions made with incomplete information, real money attached, and deadlines that do not move, including digital transformation and complex programs across portfolios valued at more than $200 million.

Questions

Direct answers, before the call.

What does the AI Readiness Diagnostic include?

A focused intake, a process-discovery interview, a systems and data review, a readiness and risk scorecard, an executive findings report, and a 30/60/90-day roadmap. The entry scope is $1,500, confirmed in writing before work begins, and credited in full against a pilot started within 60 days.

Is the discovery call the diagnostic?

No. The 30-minute discovery call confirms fit and scope. The diagnostic is a separate paid engagement with agreed deliverables.

Do we need to buy new software?

No. We start from the systems you already use. Any software recommendation, including Horizon OS, follows the diagnostic findings and a separately approved scope.

Can you work with our existing systems?

The diagnostic reviews your CRM, accounting, scheduling, document, and communication tools. Access permissions, export options, API availability, licensing, and data quality determine feasibility. No specific connector is promised before it is verified.

How is Horizon different from an AI agency or an automation platform?

We start from the business outcome and the workflow, not the tool. Each engagement connects the solution to your existing systems, defines who approves what, and measures the result against a baseline. Delivery is led by someone who has run complex programs, not only configured software.

How do you measure improvement?

Before a pilot we agree on the measure, the source records, the baseline period, the responsible owner, and the review interval. Results are compared with the baseline, and other changes that could explain the difference are recorded. Estimates stay labeled as estimates.

Who approves consequential AI actions?

A named person. Financial commitments, legal decisions, employment actions, sensitive-data sharing, and high-impact customer communications require human control by default. Each implementation defines roles, thresholds, escalation, and audit requirements.

What should we prepare?

A list of your systems and who owns them, a description of the priority workflow, and the reports you already use to manage it. Please do not email credentials, confidential files, or personal records.

Can we subscribe to Horizon OS without a consulting engagement?

Horizon OS is a separate subscription with reviewed early-access onboarding. Capabilities, plan scope, recurring terms, and support are confirmed before any purchase.
